Lynann Miler
Director of Operations
Lynann Miler is an operations and business development professional with a passion for helping people and building strong systems that support growth and long-term success. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a focus in Business Management and brings more than a decade of leadership experience working with individuals and organizations in high-responsibility roles.
Before transitioning into the real estate industry, Lynann spent 13 years working as a drug and alcohol counselor in Las Vegas, supporting individuals facing complex challenges related to substance abuse and mental health. Managing large caseloads of dual-diagnosed clients required strong leadership, organization, and compassion. During this time, Lynann developed a deep commitment to helping others navigate difficult life transitions. Her work with veterans is especially meaningful to her, and supporting those who have served remains one of her greatest passions.
In addition to her counseling experience, Lynann also served as a comptroller for a concrete construction company, where she managed financial and operational responsibilities. This role further strengthened her expertise in organizational leadership, process development, and business operations.
Today, Lynann plays a key role in the development and operations of the Miler Barrios Group at Keller Williams. Her focus is on building the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that support the team’s agents while ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients from start to finish. She is passionate about creating an environment where agents can grow their businesses while maintaining high standards of integrity, service, and professionalism.
Outside of her professional life, Lynann is a devoted mother of eight and is deeply passionate about animals, creativity, and community. She has a love for all animals and enjoys expressing her artistic side through creative projects and design. Known for her vibrant personality, Lynann is also a proud Hello Kitty enthusiast, a fun detail that reflects her joyful and authentic approach to life. Her compassion for people, love for animals, and strong family values continue to shape both her personal and professional mission of helping others succeed.
Lynann is currently completing her real estate licensing and looks forward to continuing to serve both clients and agents through leadership, organization, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
