Vickie Barrios

Chief Operations and Expansion Officer

I’m Victoria “Vickie” Barrios, a Realtor® who started in this business in 1987 at the ground floor and worked my way up through nearly every role in the industry. Over the decades, I’ve helped clients navigate real estate in California, Texas, and now Nevada through some of the most dramatic market shifts have had interest rates as high as 18% and as low as 1.9%. That history has taught me that real estate moves in cycles, and that preparation, education, and strategy allow my clients to thrive in any season.

I come from a proud multigenerational military family with service dating back to the 1700s. That legacy of sacrifice, discipline, and resilience is at the center of who I am and why I do this work. I’m a member of the Greater Nevada Detachment 186 Marine Corps League and American Legion Post 8, and I serve as a board member with veteran-focused organizations while actively advocating for past, current, and future service members and their families.

My nonprofit, Kid Orange Inc., was founded as a labor of love inspired by my father, a Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran, and my own family’s experience with service-connected toxic exposure and its generational impact. A portion of every commission I earn supports Kid Orange and related services, helping bridge the gap in treatment, resources, and expenses for descendants of veterans facing related illnesses and disabilities.

Beyond my professional world, I’m a devoted wife, mom, animal lover, and lifelong fan of all things Disney. I believe in bringing a little magic, warmth, and joy into every interaction.

My clients often become family from our very first meeting because I have a keen ability to connect with people no matter what they are walking through, whether it’s a first home, a dream upgrade, or a difficult transition.

I offer nearly four decades of hands-on experience across three states, multiple interest-rate environments, and countless market changes. That background allows me to see patterns, anticipate challenges, and guide you with clear, honest advice, whether you’re buying, selling, or investing. I understand that your home is not just a transaction; it’s part of your legacy, your stability, and your next chapter.

Professionally, I am certified in multiple veteran and housing programs and hold designations including Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Agent of Excellence, and Commitment to Excellence. I’ve worked extensively with VA, FHA, USDA, HUD-VASH, Section 8, conventional, and investor loans, as well as down payment assistance programs. That means I can help match your unique situation with the right financing and strategy, especially if you’re a veteran, first-time buyer, relocating family, or navigating divorce or probate.

When I built my team, one principle was non-negotiable: we would never compromise our integrity, our values, or our level of service for anyone or anything. I negotiate fiercely but fairly, communicate clearly, and stay mission-focused from start to finish. My commitment to you is simple: I will show up fully, protect your interests, honor your story and service, and work relentlessly to create a win-win outcome that sets you up for success long after the keys change hands.
